A call to police about an erratic driver led to a driving while intoxicated arrest in Hampton Bays on Monday.
Southampton Town Police say they got the call about an erratic driver around 11:30 p.m.
Police say that while canvassing the area, they saw a driver committing multiple vehicle and traffic violations on Flanders Road near Montauk Highway.
The vehicle was stopped and police determined that the driver, Ricky Urbano, was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
The 30-year-old Hampton Bays man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
