Ingredients
- 8 mini croissants cut in halves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 lg eggs
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp cinnamon powder
- 1tbsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
Process
- Cut mini croissant in halves and place in a casserole pan
- Mix heavy cream, eggs orange zest, cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl with whisk
- Pour mix on top of mini croissant top with mix berries and sliced almond
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350
- Cool and finish with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
