Restaurant Taco Fresco in Babylon Village is doubling its size by taking over the spot next door to it. The establishment on Railroad Avenue opened a little over a year go and is mostly take-out only. The owner of Taco Fresco says once they expand to the salon next door, there will be extra seating, an expanded menu with burritos and additional drinks including margaritas and Mexican beer. They hope to have the expansion done in the next few weeks.
