An East Islip boy was overjoyed to celebrate his birthday on Monday with the sanitation workers on his route.

Kieran Lowe is a huge fan of the workers that come by his house on their garbage truck, so his mom asked if they could stop by to celebrate his fourth birthday.

The carting company brought T-shirts for the family and a model of their garbage truck for Kieran.

The family tells News 12 that Kieran is planning on being a sanitation worker for Halloween.
