A vehicle crashed into the front of a home in Nassau County on Tuesday night.

The Long Beach Fire Department received the report for the collision around 8 p.m. at the corner of Edwards Blvd. and W. Walnut St. in Long Beach.

Upon arrival, fire crews found an SUV in the front of a house with two people inside.

Both occupants were taken to Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital in stable condition, officials say.

The front of the home sustained minimal damage and is being evaluated by the Long Beach Building Department.

There is no word yet on what caused the crash.
