Ten years after a 15-year-old Brentwood boy disappeared, two alleged MS-13 gang members are now facing federal murder charges in his death.

Investigators found the remains of Miguel Garcia-Moran back in September of 2016 after he had been missing for months.

Prosecutors now say 25-year-old Ewin Chavez-Garay and 27-year-old Jairo Diaz-Gamez are allegedly responsible for his death.

It is believed that two men mistakenly believed Moran was a member of a rival gang and beat him to death with metal rods, according to federal persecutors.
